Q: How do we pay?

A: We accepts Personal Checks and Credit Cards are accepted under certain circumstances, but with a fee.

Q: When is payment due?

A: To confirm reservation, half of your payment is due within 5 days of receipt of payment policy. Final payment is due two weeks prior to reservation date.

Q: What about refund policies?

A: Since this is a private home our refund policy requires the unit to be rented and then all monies are returned in full. It is not our desire to keep any monies. So we make every effort to rent the unit.

A: The unit is on the first floor.


A: Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 11 AM. We ask that all parties are respectful of the families that may be coming in on their day of departure.


A: Early Check in or late check out can be arranged through us via e-mail or phone due to the arrival time of the next family and cleaning arrangements.


A: We have several phones through out the house. The phones are only for local calling and calling cards will work. Cell phone service is available. Service may vary in consistency due to carrier and plan.




A: Due to allergies and preferences we do not provide washing detergents. Most often the families that may stay before you normally leave what is left.


A: The unit is cleaned by our private cleaner and not the staff on site. We pride ourself in consistency and detail, so we have chose not to use the management companies service on a regular basis. This just allows us to pay more attention to detail and to make sure your stay is to your satisfaction. The management service is good and we use them under certain circumstances, but since this is our home we feel this is the best option for us and you. The unit is cleaned when you arrive and we do not clean through out the week. If you desire daily or midweek cleaning, this can be arranged for an extra fee.


A: Extra towels can be obtained through the front desk.


A: The convertable is a Queen sleeper sofa.


A: The kitchen has every utensil needed to cook any meal? This is the benefit of using someones actual home verses a rental property. We have the home stocked because it is a home and we love to cook.


A: Unfortunately not. This is something that we are considering. We do have a George Formen Grill for some of those needs.
